By creating an account or using myStuf, homeStuf, carStuf, sizeStuf, snapStuf, or medStuf (together, "the apps"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the apps.
Your account
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for the activity that happens under your account. Let us know right away if you suspect unauthorized access.
Your content
You own everything you enter into the apps. We store it in order to provide the service — sync, backup, and restore — and don't claim any ownership over it.
Acceptable use
- Don't use the apps to store or share unlawful content.
- Don't attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the apps or the systems behind them.
- Don't use the apps in a way that infringes someone else's rights.
Free and paid features
Some features are free; others require a Pro or Ultimate subscription — see Plans/Pricing for what's included and what it costs. Nothing is charged without being shown clearly first.
Service availability
We aim to keep the apps and the underlying service available and reliable, including automatic backups, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted access. We'll do our best to communicate any planned downtime.
Disclaimer & limitation of liability
The apps are provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the apps. Nothing here limits liability where the law doesn't allow it.
Termination
You can stop using the apps and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change in a meaningful way, we'll update the date at the top of this page and, once accounts exist, notify users directly.
