Your account has been deleted. Everything in it is gone from myStuf. If myStuf is still installed on a phone, uninstall it or open it once to clear what's left there. Thanks for trying myStuf.
Delete your myStuf account
You can delete your account, and everything in it, yourself at any time. It takes a minute and can't be undone.
In the app
- Open myStuf (or any of the lite apps) and tap your account icon at the top of the screen (in myStuf, also More > Account).
- Tap Delete Account at the bottom.
- Enter your password and tap Delete Account, then confirm.
The app then closes and clears everything it kept on that phone.
On the web
- Sign in at mystuf.app/account.
- Choose Delete my account under Sign Out.
- Enter your password and choose Delete Forever.
Can't sign in?
First try resetting your password. If that doesn't work, email mystufapp@gmail.com from the address you signed up with, with the subject "Delete my myStuf account". We'll confirm it's you and delete the account within 7 days.
What gets deleted
- Your account, your sign-in and your profile.
- Every collection, item, note, field, photo, file and voice recording you own, on every device and on myStuf Online.
- Your Ask chats, and every share: collections you shared stop being shared, and shares others gave you end.
How long it takes
- Your account and data are deleted immediately.
- Photos and files are erased from our cloud storage within 30 days.
- Our encrypted nightly backups are kept for 30 days, so any copy of your data in them is gone within 30 days.
We don't keep anything else. Want a copy before you go? Use Backup & Restore in the app or on the web to export everything first.
