Recent and favorite collections, right where you left off — plus a search icon that reaches everything you've ever entered.
Collections & Groups
Collections are where your stuf actually lives. Groups just bundle related collections together — "Homes and Cars," say — so you can jump between them as one unit.

Creating a collection
Pick a type from the built-in library and myStuf already knows what fields it needs. Custom fields on top of that mean a template never quite has to fit; you can always add the one field it's missing.

Fill in fields by hand, or point the camera at a receipt, VIN, medication bottle, insurance card, or book cover and let myStuf read it. When you're moving fast, Rapid Add walks you through one guided field at a time instead of a full form — built for adding several things in a row without losing your place.
Write it once. Link it everywhere.
A Physician can link to a Medication and a Quick Note. A Vehicle can link to the Checklist item for its next inspection. Nothing you enter has to live in only one place — you write it once, and connect it to every other thing it actually relates to.
Link anything to anything
Open any item, tap + Link Item, and browse or search across Items, Collections, and Groups at once — check as many as you want, then confirm.
Links go both ways
Link an item to another item and it shows up in both directions automatically — find the Physician from the Medication, or the Medication from the Physician.
One tap to leave
Tap a link to jump straight to it, or Remove Link to take it away — that only removes the connection, never either item.
Groups & Favorites
Groups bundle related collections — vehicles and their insurance, a property and its maintenance log — so they show up together instead of scattered across a long list. Favorite anything, from a single collection to a whole group, and it stays pinned near the top of Home.
Import, export, back up
Bring existing data in from a spreadsheet, export any collection back out the same way, and let automatic backups handle the rest. See the myStuf feature tour for the full picture on backup and account sync.
