Write it once. Find it everywhere it matters.

A person isn't only in your People collection. They're the one who takes that medication, drives that car, owns that dog, borrowed that book, and has that shoe size. myStuf connects those records instead of making you retype them — so one entry shows up, correctly, in every place it belongs.

01 · the biggest hub

People connect to nearly everything

Twelve built-in fields across the app point at a person, plus tool check-outs, the kids on a chore chart and the relationships between people themselves. Fill any one of them in and the person's own page grows a row for it — you never enter the connection twice, and you never have to remember which side you filed it under.

Each arrow is a real field in the app. The small text under a collection name is the field that does the linking.
  • SizesThe For field puts a size on that person's Sizes tab.
  • Home InventoryBelongs To — whose thing it is.
  • Books/Periodicals & MoviesLoaned To — who has it right now.
  • Medical RecordsLinked Contact ties a health record to the contact.
  • MedicationsTaken By — whose prescription it is.
  • PetsOwner — the pet's person.
  • ReceiptBought For — who it was bought for.
  • ToolsA check-out records the borrower, so it lands on their Lent tab.
  • Important DocumentsBelongs To — whose passport, license or policy it is.
  • Prayer RequestsPraying For and Requested By — who it's for and who asked.
  • Bible Reading PlansReader — whose plan it is.
  • ChoresEach kid on the chart can be linked to their People entry.
  • Other peopleRelationships — spouse, parent, child — recorded once and shown from both sides.
One page per person. Their page gathers all of it into tabs: everything linked to them, their dates, their sizes, gift ideas, family, what they've borrowed, an emergency card, and which collections you share with them.

Health records, joined up

A medical record is the spine: it holds the care team, the medications, every visit, and the results those visits produced. Each of those can point at a real Physician or Care Location you've already entered — or you can type a name inline when the full record isn't worth it.

How People, Medical Records, Physicians, Care Locations, Medications, visits and test results connect People the person Medical Records Linked Contact ties the two Physicians care team Care Locations where they practice Medications dose and schedule Visits & incidents who was seen, and where Test results back to the visit that ordered it Pets their own meds Emergency card assembled on demand
Solid arrows are links you make; dashed arrows are the emergency card reading what's already there.
  • People → Medical RecordsThe record's Linked Contact field. The two stay separate records on purpose — a health file isn't a contact card.
  • Medical Records → PhysiciansThe Care Team tab. Each row links a real Physician, or takes a name, specialty and phone typed inline.
  • Medical Records → MedicationsThe Medications tab, same either/or: link the real medication or type the name and dose.
  • Visits → Physicians and Care LocationsEach visit records who was seen and where, linked or typed. A follow-up can point back at the visit it follows.
  • Test results → VisitsA result can hang off the visit that ordered it.
  • Physicians → Care LocationsA physician's Location field links to the practice or hospital.
  • Pets → MedicationsA pet's medications link to the real medication record, so dose and schedule live in one place.
Insurance too. The Insurance Provider on a medical record, a vehicle or a home all link to the same Service Providers collection — one company record, one phone number to fix when it changes.
03 · why it matters

Enter a doctor once

Everything below points at the same record. Change the phone number, and it's changed everywhere at once — because there was only ever one copy of it.

you enter

Dr. Sarah Chen

Once, in Physicians: specialty, phone, and the practice she works out of.

On a care team

Added to the care team of every family member who sees her — each medical record, same doctor.

On a visit

Recorded as who was seen, with the care location filled straight from her practice.

Beside a prescription

Link the medication she prescribed to her record, and each is one tap from the other.

From her own page

Open the physician and see the location, the linked notes, and anything else you've connected.

04 · the full list

Built-in connections are everywhere

These come with the collection types — nothing to set up. On top of them you can link any two items by hand, which is the next section.

05 · anything to anything

And link whatever else you want

The built-in fields cover the obvious connections. For everything else there's a link button on every item, and it reaches across all your collections at once.

Item to item

A vehicle to the checklist for its inspection, a physician to a note of questions. It shows on both items, and removing it from either side removes it.

Item to a whole collection

Link a person to an entire Medications collection rather than to each bottle in it.

Collection to collection

A property linked to the notes collection for it, so the whole set travels together.

06 · time, connected too

The dates ride along with the links

Because the person, the prescription and the appointment are already connected, the reminders about them don't need a separate calendar to live in.

Dates on a person

Birthdays, anniversaries, the day someone died, or anything you name yourself — each can remind you every year, with a "coming up" list showing how many days away it is.

Reminders on the item itself

A refill reminder on the medication. A due date on a checklist. A reminder on a note. They all land on the same Reminders page and the home banner.

Repeating when it should

Daily, weekly, monthly or yearly — set the repeat once and the next one is worked out for you.

07 · what it adds up to

The emergency card

The clearest proof that the links are worth making: a one-page card for a person, assembled out of records you entered for other reasons entirely. Nothing about it is a separate form to fill in.

their details birthday & dates blood type, allergies, insurance active medications care team emergency contacts

Their phone, email and address come off their own page. The birthday and other dates come from their Dates tab. Blood type, allergies and insurance come from the medical record their contact is linked to, along with the medications they're currently on and their care team. The emergency contacts are the people you starred as such in their Family tab. Print it or share it from the bottom of the tab — it's built fresh each time, and never stored or uploaded anywhere.
