Privacy Policy

Draft — last edited 2026-08-25
This is a working draft, not a published policy. It reflects how the app is actually built today. Have it reviewed by counsel before any app goes live on Google Play or this text is presented as final.

What we collect

When you create a myStuf account, we collect the email address and password you provide. Password is never stored in plain text.

Everything you enter into the app — collections, items, custom fields, photos, and attachments — is stored so it can sync across your devices and be backed up. We don't review or use the content of your collections for any purpose other than providing the app to you.

How your data is stored

Third-party services we use

A few features send a specific lookup — never your account identity or full collection — to outside services in order to fill in details automatically:

What we don't do

Children's privacy

myStuf is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes in a meaningful way, we'll update the date at the top of this page and, once accounts exist, notify users directly.
