The app that remembers the things you don't want to have to remember.
myStuf isn't a home-inventory app or a medication tracker — it's both, and about twenty more, built on one configurable engine instead of twenty separate features.
20+ collection types, ready on day one
Every row below already exists in the app — this is what "unlimited scope" actually means.

One organizing engine, not twenty features
Every collection in myStuf — vehicles, books, medications, passwords — is built from the same underlying engine: configurable fields, photos, and custom types. That's what makes it possible to support this many kinds of stuf without each one feeling like a separate, half-finished app.
- Custom fields on any collection type
- Groups to bundle related collections together
- Links between items — connect a pet to its medication, a vehicle to its insurance provider (more on linking →)
- Favorites, search, sort, and filter across everything you track
- Rapid Add for fast, guided entry when you're in a hurry
Point your camera at it
This is the part that isn't a mockup: myStuf already reads receipts, business cards, insurance cards, medication bottles, vehicle VINs, and book covers straight from a photo, and fills the fields in for you. Live lookups fill in the rest — Google Books and OpenLibrary for books, NHTSA for VIN decoding and recalls, OpenFDA for medications.
- Snap a receipt — store, price, and date extracted automatically
- Snap a VIN — year, make, model, and any open recalls filled in
- Snap a medication bottle or insurance card — no re-typing prescription details
Reminders that actually notify
Set a due date on anything — a warranty, a prescription refill, a home maintenance task — and myStuf schedules a real push notification on your phone. It's the same notification engine across every collection type, not a one-off feature bolted onto a single screen.
Your data stays yours
One-tap backup and restore, CSV/spreadsheet export and import, and an account system that syncs across your devices. Backups run automatically and are verified end-to-end, not just assumed to work.
- Backup & Restore — built in, one tap
- Export / Import — spreadsheet-compatible, no format lock-in
- Account sync — pick up where you left off on another device
Only need one of these?
homeStuf, carStuf, sizeStuf, snapStuf, and medStuf each do one job on their own — no myStuf required.
