see it in action

If you can name it, myStuf can track it.

Most apps track one thing. myStuf is one engine that tracks almost anything — your house and what's in it, your family's doctors and prescriptions, every car in the driveway, the books you've lent out, the sizes you always forget. Then it connects them, so one entry shows up everywhere it matters and nothing slips past its due date.

01 · how it works

Three moves, whatever you're tracking

Every scenario below is built the same way. Once you've done it for one part of your life, you already know how to do it for the next.

Collect

Pick a collection type and myStuf already knows the fields. Type it, Rapid Add it, or point the camera at a receipt, VIN, pill bottle or insurance card and let it fill itself in.

Connect

Link a doctor to a visit, a filter size to the furnace, a driver to a car. Write it once and it shows up everywhere it belongs, in both directions.

Get reminded

Refills, service dates, renewals and birthdays turn into real notifications on your phone, not another list you have to remember to check.

02 · where to start

Not sure where to begin? Start with your family's health.

This is where myStuf's links pay off fastest. Set up these five collections in this order, and each person ends up with one medical record that ties together their doctors, clinics and prescriptions.

People

Go to Collections → + New Collection and pick People. Add yourself and anyone you look after. A first and last name is enough for now; phone, birthday and family ties can come later.

Physicians

Add a Physicians collection with each doctor's name, specialty and phone number. Their office gets linked in the next step.

Care Locations

Add a Care Locations collection for the clinics, hospitals, labs and pharmacies you use, with address and phone. Then open each doctor and link their Location to the right office.

Medications

Add a Medications collection. Snap the pill bottle to fill in the name and dose, then use Taken By to link each one to the person who takes it.

Medical Records: bring it together

Add a Medical Records collection and add a person. Tap the link button next to their name to connect their People entry. On Care Team, choose Link Existing Physician; on Medications, Link Existing Medication; and on each visit, pick the doctor and the care location. Allergies, diagnoses, surgeries and family history go on their own tabs. Now everything about that person's care is in one place, and prints as one report.

Once that clicks, do the same for your house or your cars. Everything links the same way.

03 · real life, mapped

Pick a scenario. Watch it come together.

Each map shows what gets tracked and how it links up. Select any box to see that screen from the real app, or press play for the guided walkthrough. Every screen is a real screenshot, with personal details blurred.

Everything in myStuf can point back to one person: you.

The first time you sign in, myStuf adds you to People and marks you as Self. Link your medical record, your medications, your pets and the car you drive, and your own record becomes the front door to your whole life: a Health card at the top, your family in a tree, your birthday and age, an emergency card on demand, and one Linked tab showing every place you appear.

Select a box to see it in the app.

Notice the overlap? The insurer on your house, your car and your health plan all point at the same Service Providers list. House and car upkeep share one Maintenance list. Once you're tracking more than one part of your life, each new part gets easier to add.
      04 · and anything else

The same engine, pointed somewhere new

Those are three stories out of dozens. A few more people use it for:

      Pets

The owner, the vet and their medications, linked to the same medication records you use for people.

      Books & movies

Scan the barcode to add it. Mark who borrowed it, and it shows on their page until it comes back.

      Tools

Check tools out to the neighbor with a due date, and stop wondering where the ladder went.

      Sizes

Everyone's shoe, shirt and ring sizes, plus the furnace filter and wiper blades, for the store aisle.

      People

Birthdays that remind you every year, gift ideas, family ties, and everything linked to each person.

      Accounts & passwords

Logins linked to the companies they belong to, next to that company's phone number.

      Recipes & groceries

A family recipe box you can share, and a grocery list everyone can check off.

      Budget

Add an expense in seconds, give each category a monthly plan, and see the month's +/- and how this year compares with last.

      Chores

A family chore chart where every check mark earns stars, with streaks and a reward shop the kids save toward.

      Important documents

Passports, licenses and policies filed under the person they belong to, with a reminder before each one expires.

      Prayer & Bible reading

Prayer requests with follow-ups and answered dates, reading plans that split the Bible into even daily readings, and memory verses that come back for review as you learn them.

      Your own thing

No template fits? Build your own collection type with exactly the fields you need.
